1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and health supplement products, we generally do not accept returns once the product packaging has been opened.

Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product expired at the time of delivery

2. Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

3. Refund Process

After verification, we may offer:

• Replacement product
• Refund to original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened food products
• Used supplements
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products returned without original packaging

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
